Active Wellbeing & Arts – Walking Club

Mondays, 9:15am–10:30am
The Reach Community Hub, E14 0GB

Please note : Active Wellbeing and Arts Walking and Women’s Exercise groups pause during the school holidays and resume at term time.

This friendly community group brings women together to walk, move, and get creative – all to support better mental and physical wellbeing.

The Walking Club meets at 9.15am on Monday mornings for weekly walks – perfect if you’re looking to get active after the school run. It’s a relaxed and welcoming way to meet others, explore your local area, and lift your mood.

Benefits of becoming a member of Active Wellbeing & Arts include:

  • Regular walking and movement sessions

  • Additional arts and creativity workshops to reduce stress and lift your spirits

  • Day trips, community fun days, and Big Walk challenges

  • A welcoming space to connect and be inspired

There is a membership cost of £15 for the whole year, which pays for your sessions and materials for activities (some travel expenses may cost extra).
